Digital files
This covers the STL models, wallpapers, the digital comic and any other download, bought on Kickstarter, on Etsy or on this site.
A download can start right after you buy. At checkout you agree that it starts at once and that you give up the 14-day right of withdrawal once it has started, as EU law allows for digital content (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(m)). After the download has started, digital files are not refunded.
A file that is faulty
If a file will not open, is incomplete or is not what the listing described, write to behindthehumpstudio@gmail.com with your order or backer number and what is wrong. We refund you in full. You pay nothing to make that request.
Kickstarter
Kickstarter's own rules apply to pledges. Until a campaign ends you can lower or cancel your pledge on Kickstarter yourself. After it ends, pledges follow Kickstarter's terms. The rewards themselves are digital files, so the sections above apply to them.
The game on Steam, Epic Games Store and GOG
Refunds for the game follow the policy of the store you bought it from. Write to that store; we cannot refund a purchase made there.
Physical products
We do not sell physical products yet. Before the first one goes on sale, this page will cover returns, return costs and shipping for them.
How to ask
Write to behindthehumpstudio@gmail.com with your order number, or your Kickstarter backer number, and a line about what went wrong. A person reads it and answers.
