What this is

The izba, prepared for printing

This is Baba Yaga's hut, the izba on hen's legs, from Forgotten Eras. It was modelled for the game, then prepared for printing: made watertight, split into parts that key together one way only, and stood on a round base.

You get the STL at 75 mm for the tabletop and 150 mm for the shelf, in three parts and as one piece. Nothing ships: no address, no postage, no customs. The files go out on 12 November, three days after the campaign closes.

The three printable parts side by side: the legs on their base, the house, and the thatch

Rendered from the STL itself: the legs and feathers on their base, the house with its deck and stairs, the thatch with its branches. The keys are cut from the model's own shapes, so the parts seat without pins. At 75 mm there is also a thickened leg file for filament printers.

Why pay what you want

A file costs nothing to copy

The honest version: in November we run a second campaign, for a cast resin statue of Baba Yaga herself, and a campaign with no followers starts from nothing. So this one is priced to be taken.

One euro if that is what the hut is worth to you. Six if you want everything the stretch goals open. Nineteen if you want to sell printed copies of it.

Then Baba Yaga herself

On 10 November, the day after the hut closes, the campaign it exists for opens: a cast resin Baba Yaga, hand painted in a numbered edition, with an unpainted version for people who paint their own.

Backers of the hut hear about it first, and so does the newsletter.
